How About Them Apples?
Actually, this isn’t an apple at all, it’s a bell pepper made by crossing California Wonder with Chocolate Bell. A beautiful candy apple red fruit with a little deep purple blush.
Thick walled and very sweet. A good pepper for stuffing and in sauces.
