The sun rising over the hill on the first morning of fall 2023

Last night I caught the last sunset of the summer. It was cloudy, damp and sort of muted.

The first sunrise of autumn this morning was a different story. It was clear, a crisp 56°, with just a hint of dew on the field.

Definitely felt like fall had arrived.
