I thought a friend had given me some "unusual" cabbage seeds, but it turns out they were dinosaur kale seeds. I get why it's called "dinosaur". It's a monster.

A spicy dip made from summer squash that works well with fresh vegetables as well as a topping for cottage cheese, potatoes, etc.
Summer Squash Appetizer
A delicious snack made with squash, bacon and onion, and a little zing courtesy of catsup and lemon juice. Very tasty with a little bit of crunch.
French Fried Squash Sticks
Battered sticks of squash lightly fried for delicious flavor (just like in your favorite pub, but better!). Serve with ranch dip and / or hot sauce
