Water hyacinths are super invasive so it takes some effort to keep them from taking over the goldfish pond. On the other hand, they are pretty when blooming.

A delicious snack made with squash, bacon and onion, and a little zing courtesy of catsup and lemon juice. Very tasty with a little bit of crunch.
