Sunset on July 15, 2026

It’s mid-July and it’s ungodly hot and humid because of a storm rolling up out of Baja California. That’s fine though because there’s not much to do in the garden except water and wait anyway.

The one nice thing about the otherwise oppressive weather is that’s it’s making for some spectacular sunsets. This is last night’s just about 15 minutes before the sun dipped below the horizon.

About the Author: Sage Osterfeld

I’m just a guy with nearly an acre of dirt, a nice little mid-century ranch house and a near-perfect climate. But in my mind I’m a landscaper survivalist craftsman chef naturalist with a barbeque the size of a VW and my own cable TV show. I like to write about the stuff I build, grow and see here at Sage's Acre.
